"Metropolitan" of Kiev Patriarchate sets up a company for property transactions

"Metropolitan” of Lutsk and Volyn of the Kiev Patriarchate Mikhail Zinkevich founded an enterprise “Solomon”. It was revealed from the data of USR of legal entities, physical self-employed persons and public associations, according to "Raskolam. Net".

Under the USR “Enterprise of religious organization “Solomon” of Administration of Volyn diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchate” (full name of the organization) has the right to perform the following activities: organization of construction of real estate objects for their sale or lease, maintenance of fixed assets, granting temporary accommodation facilities and other commercial services.

A founder and signatory of “Solomon” enterprise is Timofey Zinkevich. Besides, the chief of Volyn UOC-KP diocese is entitled to sign agreements estimated up to 50 mln hryvnas.

“Apparently, “Solomon” enterprise was set up in order to cover up property deals, owing to the fact that the diocesan administration building of Volyn UOC-KP diocese lets on lease for various needs. Among leaseholders “metropolitan” Zinkevich has fashionable clothes and footwear boutiques, book stores, cafes, restaurants, photo studios, etc. By the way, premises in a new building “Volyn Orthodox Theological Academy” – an academic institution of the UOC KP – are also rent out for commercial activity,” writes the resource.

Earlier the UOJ reported that КKiev Patriarchate had launched “automatic prayer machines”, which enable to order “prayers” estimated 10 to 5.000 hryvnas.
