Odessa diocese of UOC remembers those who died during Great Patriotic War (PHOTOS)

On June 22, the 76th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, with the blessing of His Eminence Agafangel, Metropolitan of Odessa and Izmail, the faithful remembers those who died during the Great Patriotic War, writes the website of the diocese.

The Dean of temples of the Odessa diocese, Archpriest Pavel Poleshchuk took part in laying flowers to the Unknown Sailor Memorial on the Walk of Fame in T. G. Shevchenko Park.

Also, with Vladyka’s blessing, all the churches of the Odessa diocese performed funeral services for all those who died during the Great Patriotic War.
