In Lvov vandals throw “Molotov cocktail” at Synagogue

As Director of All-Ukrainian Jewish Charitable Fund "Chesed-Arie" Adel Dianova said, two acts of vandalism against the Jewish heritage took place in Lvov. This is written on the site of Lvov City Council.

The perpetrators threw the "Molotov Cocktail" at the Synagogue at 4 Mikhnovskikh Brothers St, and also wrote insulting remarks on the wall of the Synagogue at 3 Ugolnaya St.

"We strongly condemn acts of vandalism that occurred in Lvov," said deputy mayor of Lvov Andrei Moskalenko who is in charge of the development. “The perpetrators must be held accountable. We appeal to law enforcement agencies to investigate these actions as quickly as possible. Lvov has always been, is and will be a tolerant city."

On June 22, the vandals wrote down slogans on the stele in the Synagogue Square.
