Filaret meets with representatives of Patriarch Bartholomew in Kiev
As reported, the participants of the meeting discussed issues "of mutual interest".
Earlier, representatives of the Kiev Patriarchate had initiated negotiations with the Russian Orthodox Church resulted in the appeal of "Patriarch" Filaret to the Bishops' Council of the Russian Orthodox Church with a proposal to begin the process of overcoming the schism in the Orthodoxy of Ukraine.
The second letter of Filaret was also published, in which the head of the schismatics asked the ROC for autocephaly, but not for the Kiev Patriarchate, but for the UOC.
Immediately afterwards, Filaret gave a press conference, in which he stated that there had been no repentance.
