In Lviv nationalists block UOC temple

In the Sikhovsky microdistrict of Lviv, radical activists blocked the St. Prince Vladimir Equal-to-the-Apostles Church of the UOC. They claim that the temple was built illegally, although it has been in this place for more than six years, reports the NTA television channel.

The activists blocked the entrance to the church and, with the screams of "Down the Moscow priest", unfold anti-church posters.

The police blocked the entrance to the chucrh and did not allow radicals in, so as not to cause conflict. However, according to the police, they cannot prevent the radicals from shouting slogans.

Activists said they would seek the demolition of the temple, because of alleged violations of town-planning legislation and the absence of land allocation.
