UOC Primate blesses a fervent prayer for medical workers at the liturgy

On March 24, 2020, the UOC Primate, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine blessed to offer a prayer for medical workers in the augmented litany in all eparchies during the coronavirus quarantine, reports the UOC Information and Education Department.
According to a circular sent to all the ruling bishops of the UOC, a fervent prayer will be offered for "medical workers who selflessly and tirelessly fight the spread of infection and save lives”.
Earlier, the Primate of the UOC blessed all eparchies to participate in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
