Greek version of interview with Met Neophytos of Morphou released on UOJ

The UOJ YouTube channel has released a Greek version of an interview with His Eminence Metropolitan Neophytos of Morphou of the Cypriot Orthodox Church.

Metropolitan Neophytos spoke about the spiritual reasons for the destruction of the temples of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, whether the decisions of the Council in Feofaniya on the chrism preparation and non-commemoration of the patriarch are canonical.

Vladyka also spoke about whether the Ukrainian Orthodox Church needed autocephaly and shared his opinion on when the Ecumenical Council would take place.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that according to Metropolitan Neophytos, “the current persecution is needed for new saints to shine in the UOC.”
