On June 1, 2023, a naked man jumped onto the throne at St Peter's Cathedral in the Vatican, protesting against the war in Ukraine, reports ilmessaggero.

"Towards evening, shortly before St Peter's Cathedral closed to tourists, the man managed to climb to the main altar in a lightning leap, right under the Bernini canopy, stripping naked," the resource wrote.

The hooligan was taken to the gendarmerie. Journalists claim he suffers from a severe form of depression.

As earlier reported, a show with a pole dancer as Christ took place in a Strasbourg temple.
