Zelenskyy announces news in the field of Ukraine’s 'spiritual independence'

On July 18, 2023, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, announced news concerning the "spiritual independence" of Ukraine.

In his evening address, the head of state mentioned that he had "held an important meeting today regarding the spiritual independence of Ukraine."

During this meeting, further steps were discussed "to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Ukrainian citizens in the sphere of religious relations".

"News will be coming soon," promised Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

As reported, at Zelenskyy's instruction, the Ministry of Justice is preparing a draft law on same-sex partnerships.
