On 9 February 2024, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine came with searches to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, reports the Lavra’s lawyer Nikita Chekman on his Telegram channel.

In a conversation with the UOJ correspondent, the priest said that at the moment the searches are taking place at Archdeacon Pavel’s (Muzychuk).

Archdeacon Pavel is one of the well-known defenders of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, who has repeatedly spoken out about the illegality of everything that is happening to the monastery today.

As reported, the SBU falsifying the case against the bishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church was shown on the Net.
