Early in the morning on February 24, 2024, in Vyshhorod, the clergy of the OCU, Yuriy Bolshakov and Vitaliy Klos, once again cut off the locks and captured the Pantaleimonovskiy temple of the UOC, according to Dozor_kozak1.

In the video footage, the rector of the Panteleimon community approaches his temple, which was blocked by the police, as well as the "priests" of the OCU, Yuri Bolshakov (the rector in the village of Fenevychi) and Vitaliy Klos, who in the autumn of 2023 participated in the forceful seizure of the Sts. Boris and Gleb temple of the UOC in Vyshhorod. Bolshakov's reactions were sluggish and resembled the behavior of a person in a state of alcohol intoxication. When asked by the rector what right he had to cut off the locks and what relation he had to this temple, Bolshakov stated that he had a "cadastral number".

Vitaliy Klos waved some document, which he claimed was a "property right", but did not show it to anyone.

The police and representatives of the SBU, who were near the temple, supported the invaders.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that on February 21, Yuri Bolshakov, early in the morning, had already cut off the locks from the St. Panteleimon temple. He explained his actions by saying that he "couldn't sleep" and "felt like praying".
