On 29 February 2024, a meeting of the Economic Court of Kyiv was held, at which the representatives of the authorities tried once again to violate the law, reports the Telegram channel "KozakTv1".

The Shevchenkivsky Department of the State Executive Service of Kyiv and the National Museum of History of Ukraine wanted to force the court to change the order and method of execution of the court decision on the demolition of the temple. Namely, in February 2023, the Economic Court made an illegal decision to "oblige the religious community to demolish" its shrine. But it turned out that this decision was impossible to enforce. Therefore, the representatives of the authorities wanted to change the executor. That is to demolish the temple themselves. It is illegal, but with such an application they went to court.

On 29 February, the court refused to violate the law, and the representatives of the authorities received a refusal.

As earlier reported, 22 MPs demanded to demolish the Tithe Monastery.
