The Chief Rabbi of the city of Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region, Rabbi Shmuel Kamineczkij, spoke to the Breslov Hasidim, who come to Uman every year for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah, about what their arrival in Ukraine means at this time. According to Jewishnews, Rabbi Shmuel Kamineczkij recorded a video message in which he said that "this is not just a personal matter for each Hasid."

"It is very important for each Hasid to know: coming here for Rosh Hashanah is not just a personal matter for each Hasid and their personal connection to Rabbi Nachman. The very fact that they are coming here (to Ukraine) at such a time means this will lead to the war ending in victory!" he said.

The Rabbi of Dnipro emphasized that "it is important to understand the weight of responsibility that lies on each individual" and added, "We greatly appreciate that you are coming here!"

As the UOJ previously reported, DESS promised to provide all necessary conditions for the Hasidic pilgrims in Uman.
