Dumenko complains to the Synod of Phanar about Bishop Michael of Comana

On October 25, 2024, it was reported that the head of the OCU, Epifaniy Dumenko, had filed a complaint with the members of the Holy Synod of Phanar against the exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, Bishop Michael of Comana.
Orthodoxtimes.com reported that a letter from Epifaniy Dumenko was read at a meeting of the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, which focused on the "Ukrainian issue".
In his letter, "Metropolitan Epifaniy criticized the Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Kyiv, Bishop Michael of Comana."
Orthodoxtimes.com also noted that Dumenko "spoke disparagingly about the three-member delegation of the Ecumenical Patriarchate that visited Kyiv, as well as about their actions and the outcomes of this visit."
Previously, the UOJ reported that during the meeting of the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, according to OrthodoxTimes.com, the progress on resolving the "Ukrainian issue" was discussed.
