On January 27, the Northern Appellate Commercial Court in Kyiv will hold two hearings related to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, as reported by the monastery's lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, on his Telegram channel.

At 1:00 PM, the court will hear a case filed by the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra Reserve against the monastery, seeking to evict the monks from the Lower Lavra.

At 2:00 PM, another hearing will take place regarding the monastery’s lawsuit against the Reserve over the use of the churches in the Upper Lavra.

"We ask for your holy prayers and support," wrote Archpriest Mykyta.

As previously reported by UOJ, the recent court hearing on the eviction of monks from the Lavra was held on January 15. The atmosphere during the hearing was very tense, but it concluded without incidents.
