Dumenko discusses political situation in Ukraine with head of intelligence

On January 31, a meeting took place between the head of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU), Epifaniy Dumenko, and the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov. According to the OCU press service, the parties discussed the socio-political situation in the country.

Dumenko and Budanov also talked about the care of military personnel and other issues of mutual interest.

OCU chaplains participated in the meeting.

As previously reported by the UOJ, in Kyiv’s central synagogue, Kyrylo Budanov lit a Hanukkah menorah together with the Chief Rabbi and the Israeli Ambassador.
