In Olianytsia, raiders throw out crosses & surplices from seized UOC temple
On August 28, 2022, photos appeared on the Web showing how the surplices and crosses consecrated at the Holy Sepulcher ended up in a trash bin. The photo was published on her Facebook page by Irina Koshchiy.
These church items belonged to the community of the church in the village of Olianytsia, which was seized by OCU supporters.
“Great piety” of the OCU in Olianytsia. They threw the holy things into the trash,” wrote Irina.
As earlier reported, sculptures of the Apostle Andrew and the Virgin Mary were found near trash bins in Kyiv.
