Tragic accident took away the life of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monk

A tragic accident resulted in the premature death of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra’s brother, Archimandrite Mark (Griniuk), reported Pravme

For a number of years he worked in the monastery having different kinds of obedience being a house-keeper, a church choir singer, did his bit in the reconstruction works of the temple in honor of the “Life-beraring well” icon.

A lot of people remember a unique voice of the father.

The burial ceremony took place on 21 March 2017, after the Liturgy of the Pre-sanctified Gifts.
