Court hearing in the case of UOC priest and UOJ journalists postponed
The court hearing was postponed because the judge is on vacation.
On February 14, 2025, lawyer Nikita Chekman announced that the court hearing in the case of Archpriest Serhiy Chertylin and UOJ journalists had been postponed to a later date.
In his Telegram channel, Priest Nikita Chekman explained that the postponement was due to the judge being on vacation.
“Thank you all for your prayers. The new date will be announced later,” said Chekman.
Additionally, he noted that the hearing on the termination of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra lease agreement is scheduled for February 27, after the judge’s replacement.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that the hearings in the case of Metropolitan Arseniy had also been postponed.
